HOW DO LOKKS WORK?
lokks are made with a foam interior to handle any size laces. Simply tie laces as you normally would. Press the yellow line on the front to open. Slide the bottom of the lokk under the single knot and snap to close! You can also feed the laces through the hole of the lokk before tying, make a single knot and snap to close. Voila!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Orders are usually fulfilled within 24-48 hours upon receiving. Once shipped, standard shipping is 2-6 business days. It is possible the carrier may encounter delays.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
lokks does not ship outside of the US at the moment. If you would like to inquire about a special international delivery, please feel free to contact us.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY?
No, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information and click "order now" on the final review page, we will give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. Another e-mail will be sent to notify you when your order has been shipped and we have charged your credit card.
